We try to respond to all requests within 1 (one) month. If an investor's request is complex or involves a high demand, our response time may take longer than 1 (one) month. In such cases, we will inform our investors within 1 (one) month from the receipt of the request and keep them up to date. If a request is clearly unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, or if it requests more copies of the same data, we may charge a reasonable fee.
